Heading into the second week of the college football season, it was not the highly-anticipated schedule that Week 1 was, but there were some epic performances and several surprises. Folks in Tampa, Nashville, Starkville and Columbia, Mo. are happy. The Big 12 program in Oklahoma does not have a lot of happy folks, but the SEC program in that state surely does.
