A week off of the cigs and I honestly feel like my best self in months. I've accepted that things are what it is, or at least the bad stuff, and I have been feeling great since. I had a haircut and its a very monumental day for me

Ever listen to upbeat music but manage to make yourself feel sad. Well I have.

And there she is, my crippling depression wanting to get back with me. 5th day into withdrawal and I am indulging with the negative feelings that comes. Thankfully, I'm still able to fend them off and survive.

I talk about the gradually intensifying cravings for cigarettes, amplified sadness or negative feelings and why I feel less crazy now that I'm doing a 'podcast' (basically me talking to myself but with an audience).
