Sharon Mitola joined Olympia Gym where she met her future husband and led to her future career path as a personal trainer.  She competed in her first bodybuilding competition at twenty five after having three kids.  She competed into her fifties and I wouldn't be surprised to see her compete in her sixties.  An amazing woman.

Chris Puorro brought together members from Olympia Gym in Verona, NJ.  Mike and Chris have known each other since they were kids.   He talked about growing up with Chris, his times at Olympia and competing in bodybuilding competitions.

@nygiants #tnf @49ers will #saquonbarkley play?  
@livestrongernyc beat me by .12 points in #fantasyfootball #dalvincook oh well.  @cubuffsfootball huge game @oregonfootball Saturday.  3-0 @espn picked them to win 2.7.

But game two not til Tuesday?  Too long a break and don’t like setup that higher seed gets two games at home but deciding game would be on road.  Nope.  @mvillemustangfb debut black turf tomorrow at high noon vs @catholicu_fb bring it @justin_dyvonne start a winning streak.

#tyreekhill @stephenasmith says @miamidolphins going to #superbowl this #nfl season.  Need to beat @patriots Sunday & #tuatagovailoa needs to stay healthy.  @cubuffsfootball hosting @csufootball has some bulletin board material.  #jaynorvell not a fan of #deionsanders wearing a hat & sunglasses to press conferences. #shedeursanders can’t be happy. 
Sounds like there were some classless @alabamafbl fans projecting hate toward the @texasfootball team Saturday night.
 #wnbaplayoffs are off and running. @nyliberty host @washmystics @barclayscenter tomorrow night.  We all want to see #breannastewart vs @aja22wilson @lvaces in the #wnbafinals but first have to play the games.

It was one hell of an evening for @nyjets on #mnf to see the #goldenticket #aaronrodgers go down on the 4th play of the game.  #takeflight because everyone saw the #superbowl dreams go up in smoke.  To me #zachwilson gets one shot this Sunday vs @dallascowboys can’t throw away this #nfl season. Like @drjoe807 says too many weapons to not go for it.  Wilson needs to play turnover free ball on Sunday. Can’t hurt the team.  
As for @nygiants burn tape from 40-0 annihilation and they best put on a #georgecostanza opposite game @azcardinals Sunday.

As my friend said to me hope they got the stink out of @metlifestadium before the @nyjets vs @buffalobills #mnf game tonight.

One shining moment led to 40-0 obliteration.  Good thing they’re on the road @azcardinals next week.  #danieljones can’t win without an #offensiveline & thirteen rushes more then #saquonbarkley can’t afford for DJ to get injured.  Agree with @livestrongernyc what was DJ doing playing into the 4th quarter? Ridiculous.  @call_me_company_prez got the #jets tonight 21-10 #takeflight @jaymahanti enjoy the game.  Hope it doesn’t rain.
