We all know how strong the roots of a tree can be - but what about our roots? How would you like to become as strong as tree and find one way to support yourself without depending on others. A nice meditation to do at any moment of the day.

Are you giving graciously or just plain giving? There is a difference. Take note as to how you give and to who you give... it just may open your eyes a little more.
