I am talking a little about mental health and some of the things I have been battling and maybe it will help someone else realize they are not a lone. 

Depression in men is real. Don't wait to get checked out or have blood work done. Depression can be helped and doctors can get you feeling 100 times better. A simple blood work can determine what may be causing the depression in your body. 

What is happiness to you? Some people believe that material things bring happiness and others believe it comes from people. No matter where or what you get happiness from, don't be mad at how others get their happiness, if their not breaking the law. 

Why do people bully and what we can do to stop bullies. 

So just some things for men to do in order to be a better husband.

Why do so many people allow tiktok fame to go to their heads. Step back and remember why you joined social media and if what you are doing is really good for other people. Not every thing is about you. 

I'm not sure when it happened but why is it okay to treat victims or the alleged abusers like crap before we know all the facts. We need to stop using social media as a platform for going after people instead use it for awareness, positivity, love and laughter. 

Every day men go through emotions just like very other person and if you say that you don't then your lying. Use your voice, use your emotions to get you through.
