On today's episode of Pro Files: Well Seasoned - Jeff Baker.

Jeff got his start in media as a photo assistant for Snowboarder Magazine. When I took over as Editor in Chief, I promoted him to photo editor of the publication.

When launching Snowboard Magazine, I tapped him to be the first Editor, creating what are known as the best snowboarding magazines in the history of the sport.

After a brief independent stint, Jeff was lured back to work for Snowboarder to take on a high pay, high pressure position, selling ads as publisher of the magazine.

That said, the first half of the interview focuses on the current state of media in the sport of snowboarding. The second half covers his background and ride in the sport.
