The Bomb Hole

For those of you living under a rock: Laura Hadar is a living legend. She's a style icon and has been pushing progression harder than most. She didn't fit the mold, and instead of bending over backwards to change herself she stayed true and paved her own way through life. She's one of the fasters snowboarders we know, still pushing herself and her riding constantly. Get ready for your new answer to one of our favorite questions: "Who's the most underrated snowboarder?" Because after this week's episode of the Bomb Hole, we all have a new answer: Laura Hadar.

To start off the 2026/27 season with a bang we invited avalanche expert Craig Gordon to give us some hopeful predictions regarding this upcoming super El Niño. Then Spencer Schubert and Desiree Melancon joined us in studio for a highly competitive round of trivia, watched some heater clips, gave us their thoughts on AI and so much more. We finished things up with Dixon giving us an update on Snow League and the X Games League draft. All this and more on this season's first episode of Group Chat!

Wille Yli-Luoma is one of those very few professional snowboarders to have been riding at their prime during what many consider the golden age of snowboarding. He was part of the Forum 8, moved on to film with Robot Food, and eventually made is way to filming with Volcom in one of our favorite videos of all time: Escramble. He was part of the Finnish invasion and left a stamp on snowboarding that will last for as long as we value style (forever).
