My latest Cool Friend is the VERY cool Cory Casella, a woman who fascinates me with all the nerdy stuff she loves to do. She's an incredibly talented and prolific swimwear designer, and she teaches me a lot about her job, because I really wanted to know more about a pocket of this universe I know pretty much nothing about. But like, obviously I'm not going to spend an entire show talking about swimwear, because you'd all see how dumb I am. So, of course, we dive into her fandoms of LOTR, She Ra, Barbie, and, of course, pinball. Cory is an absolute dynamo, and I'm so lucky she came to hang on the show and nerd out with me.
