Brandin Jones is an educator in the Rochester, NY area. In his early career Brandin was a special education teacher in the Rochester City School District. He advanced to become the coordinator of special education at School of the Arts. Currently, Brandin is an assistant principal at Greece Odyssey Academy and an adjunct professor at Roberst Wesleyan College.

Interview with Rob Simpson of CenterState CEO

Robert Simpson serves as president of the CenterState Corporation for Economic Opportunity (CenterState CEO), based in Syracuse, New York. CenterState CEO is an independent and forwardthinking economic development strategist, business leadership organization and chamber of commerce; dedicated to the success of its members and the prosperity of the region.

Through this work, Mr. Simpson is involved in a number of initiatives to build vibrant and sustainable communities. He is an adviser to the Brookings Institution as part of the Global Cities Initiative. He previously served as the as co-chair of the Central New York Regional Economic Development Council, from 2011 to 2018 by appointment from the Governor.

Dr. Joseph Stefko is President of ROC 2025, Inc., a new strategic economic alliance focused on transforming the Greater Rochester region.

Previously, he served as President and CEO of CGR, overseeing strategic direction of the New York-based nonprofit management consultancy and its industry-leading work in government and education, economics and public finance, health and human services, and nonprofits and communities. Prior to being named CEO, he was Vice President and Director of Public Finance, managing engagements on local government fiscal management, restructuring, consolidation, service delivery, economic / fiscal impact and strategic planning. Dr. Stefko earned B.A., M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from the University at Buffalo, SUNY.

Richard A. Dollinger is a judge of the New York Court of Claims and an acting Supreme Court Justice assigned to matrimonial matters in Rochester, New York.  He is a graduate of St. Michael’s College at the University of Toronto and the Albany Law School.  He was a trial lawyer for 28 years. His public service includes five years in the Monroe County Legislature and 10 years in the New York State Senate.  He is a fellow of Advanced Science and Technology Adjudication Resources Center (“ASTAR”) and a past treasurer and a board member of the National Courts and Science Institute (“NCSI”) in Washington, D.C.  He is the supervising judge for the town and village courts in five New York counties, the supervising judge for Matrimonial Parts in the 7th Judicial District, a member of the Advisory Committee of Judicial Ethics and the co-chair of the Automation and Technology Subcommittee of the New York Chief Judge’s Second Special Commission on Fiduciary Appointments.  He is a member of the Advisory Committee on Judicial Ethics, which issues ethical opinions for New York’s judges.
