Why culture and history is interesting on building a brand. Here I talk about why my clothing brand is a slow fashion and being a proud Filipino and Mindanao based, where nowadays we can build a company or a brand while at home.

The moment you recognized what your passion is, work hard on learning more about it and master the skills that you need to become an expert. At this stage you are investing time more than money. Don't forget to learn how to invest your time wisely. Study your business idea and then make plans on how to start, where your direction is into building a brand not just a business.
Having this entrepreneurial mindset you will become a successful entrepreneur. Only few succeed in this entrepreneurial journey, for me this is not something that you can teach to anyone, what we can do is to determine that we have this gift and to have this entrepreneurial mindset to overcome challenges.
If you are an entrepreneur your very first step to execute your plan is to learn a skills, if you don't know yet the technical skills of the business you're going to build. Example on building a clothing brand like me, sewing skills, pattern making and all the technical skills of a fashion designers are what I need to learn.

Why learning accounting is advantageous for an entrepreneur. Here’s the advantage if you learn the accounting side. You will know how to handle the financial side not only that you can safeguard the assets of your business well, you will know what to do ahead of time. If you are working on your business. Business is business. Business numbers are like cash, inventory, accounts receivables, accounts payables, sales, expenses and there's a lot more as you grow bigger.
An entrepreneur at heart who has a passion on fashion. Being creative after a decade on fashion I want to share my journey on fashion and on entrepreneurship. I am a self taught fashion designer and here I will share my experiences on how to build a clothing brand and why I choose to be an entrepreneur.
