Jennifer's work on school equality policies uncovered widespread misrepresentation of the Equality Act protected characteristics shows how schools are embedding ideological definitions of “gender” in place of sex, to the detriment of safeguarding. This talk also includes an update on your engagement with the Church of England regarding “Valuing All God’s Children.” This powerfully illustrates how flawed policy has affected institutions at scale.
