This recording is from an Overeater Anonymous H.O.W. meeting. H-O-W stands for Honesty/Open-minded/Willingness. The OA HOW program varies from a typical OA program in that its members follow a specific food plan that omits sugar and flour, and has three weighed and measured meals daily with no snacks in-between meals. This meeting will resume at the above location once shelter-in-place restrictions have been lifted.
