  "Later in the spring, I'm going to cook some beef ribs or dino ribs, and I'll be using my pit barrel, so it's going to be kind of an indirect thing, and I'm looking forward to doing that later. The picture is is a leg of lamb, and that was a lot of fun, and it really turned out nicely. Did a garlic, rosemary, and lemons with some olive oil, and that's what I basted it with."

  "The temperature today is nine degrees, and it feels like temperature is ten degrees below zero because there's a pretty good breeze, which probably increase the danger of the fire. But people will go out. I do it. Everyone in Minnesota does it that does not have a garage. You go out and you start your car and let it run and warm up. We call it warm up."

  "There's a complex here of probably eight, maybe even more buildings. Each one of them contain 16 apartments, I believe, and it's filled with folks from Africa, from South America, and folks from many other parts of the world. And it's just great. It's just awesome. The people have really embraced me here."

  "It seemed like 100 miles an hour straight back into the garbage pit, which was on fire. The trailer went completely into the pit and the truck went about halfway into the burning pit of garbage. I jumped in the truck and put it into the lowest gear possible and it just grabbed barbed wire and such and wrapped it around the axle. I exited the truck when the rear tires started blowing up from the heat."
