"Later in the spring, I'm going to cook some beef ribs or dino ribs, and I'll be using my pit barrel, so it's going to be kind of an indirect thing, and I'm looking forward to doing that later. The picture is is a leg of lamb, and that was a lot of fun, and it really turned out nicely. Did a garlic, rosemary, and lemons with some olive oil, and that's what I basted it with."
