"I had about a couple of cups of those cooked cups, and then I took the and drained the broth off of the lentils and put it in my pan, and I diced up three small potatoes and put those in there. I was listening to a podcast today, and they quoted a doctor who does research on DNA it. And what the doctor found and his search team found was that our DNA really has remained the same since we were hunter gatherers. In fact, they found that only about 5% of our DNA has changed or modified itself from the times that we were huntergatherers to."3 min
