Someone needs to hear this message today.
During struggling times, we think we are the only ones dealing with hardships. You aren't alone struggling, EVER. Someone has been through what you're going through even though they react differently to them. Challenges are apart of life. Let's continue to fight to try. Fight the urge of staying in a self that's not working for you anymore. Be NEW.
P.S. This episode remembers 9/11/2001, the day there was a terrorist attack against the twin towers and the pentagon. Many heroes died on this day 20 years ago and I thank them for being so selfless. Shows me how strong and resilient we are as humans.

In this episode,
I am digging deep into some of the challenges I have been experiencing in hopes that you can relate.
"Life doesn't happen to us we happen to life,"
and when that mindset is cultivated, a shift in mindset is made. We go from being a victim in life to being a conqueror.
Takeaway:
Identify an area in your life where you could use more self compassion and patience.
Today's bonus episode is the one you will need to hear.

In this episode, I speak on a recent experience I had with my son that caused me to grow on the spot.
This episode will be about how I'm learning how to be in the now in order to help with overthinking and obsessing over things I cannot control, including the past and the future.
Mistakes can only be learned from not relived to do that moment over. It's gone.
Anticipation can only cause me to put in the work to get what I want or worry about what I don't have yet. It hasn't happened.
The now is all I have and using my mind as a tool to get what I need done and putting it away when I don't need it. Meaning, my thoughts don't always need to be constructive.
