  • Bonus: Perfectionism: My Experience.

This episode is about my experience with perfectionism. I chat about what comes up for me when I'm trying to be perfect in all the things I do so much that it causes inaction. Feeling shame and inadequate are two things that come up for me. What comes up for you when you are feeling the need to get all the details right, learn all the information before you're ready to coach someone, or the need to make sure the you'll feeling your very best before you do a live video for your business? I completely understand because this comes up for me sometimes too.

Later in the episode, I share 3 ways to deal with perfectionism per my coach's post.

  • S2E3: Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

    In this episode,

I will be discussing emotional freedom techniques. Some other names for emotional freedom techniques are EFT and tapping.

I will talk about the scientific perspective of tapping. We will dive into where EFT originated and how it's related to acupuncture which is apart of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

EFT is great for self care and grounding. You can use this tool to create a major shift in your energy within minutes. If you're dealing with stress, overwhelm, burnout, or anything else you can think of, you can use EFT. You'll get rapid results.

According to Mayo Clinic, eft is an evidence based practice that combines exposure and cognitive therapies with a manual stimulation of acupuncture points.

There are 12 meridian points that are tapped on with your fingertips in each round. These meridian points are also connected to parts inside your body such as the small intestines, large intestines and others.

I will also give you all the 4 steps and go into depth of these steps with doing an eft sessions. Those steps are......

    1. Identify

    2. Check In

    3. Create new possibilities

    4. Check in
