In today's episode I review Operant Conditioning plus Reinforcement and Punishment. I go over the differences between positive and negative reinforcement and punishment, and share a few examples along the way.
Do you have any examples of reinforcement that could be looked at as either negative or positive like I discuss in today's episode? Find me on Instagram and let me know! https://www.instagram.com/jess.talks.aba/

In today's episode I take a closer look at Respondent Conditioning, also known as Classical Conditioning or Pavlovian Conditioning. I really tried my best to make it simple, but the amount of times I said the words "conditioned, unconditioned, stimulus, and response" started to make my head spin! Today's main focus was on Respondent Conditioning with just a sprinkle of Operant Conditioning, and in my next episode I will pick up where I left off and go into more details about Operant Conditioning and review reinforcement and punishment.

In today’s episode I review behavior, what it is, and how to determine what qualifies as behavior by using the “dead man’s test”. I review the different ways to describe behavior, and finally, distinguish between respondent and operant behavior.
