I have decided to start a podcast while humans come and get cool nails.

I thought this would be a great idea as there are many real-life conversations that people can probably relate to.. this is on the lesser side of seriousness and brings humour and entertainment from my OG podcasting bestie Elle! I'm back for a solo podcast bringing some insight and education around the stigmas of private therapy and how much of a great tool it can be to help anyone with mental health!
Il explore my previous perspectives of private therapy, the pros and cons compared to nhs therapies and a quick guise of how to access private therapy easily online!

Today, Elle and I attended a local women's march held all over the UK!
We have decided to come on and talk about why we were personally drawn to this event, a discussion of abortions, abuse and women's rights and why we think this was such a good community event to attend! 
We are talking about raw, real-life stuff here, guys, so be respectful when listening and cautious of any triggering materials!

This podcast is a raw solo talk on how society seems to often dismiss mental ill health and the aftermath some people face from experiencing trauma ( specifically abuse ).
My message today is to simply ask for more compassion and understanding from people in hopes that, as a society, we can begin to heal. 

So today, I'm back for a solo podcast just to explain my educated understanding of the three main therapies we may experience. I offer this educational podcast to try to help people find a therapy that is suited to them. Often, we can start therapy with little understanding of what that style of therapy can do for us; by just listening to this podcast, I hope you can have a better understanding and be able to confidently walk into the right type of therapy!
I have not used references to back up this podcast with facts; this is from units of information I have learned through my first 2 years of university and is all my personal opinion. 

We are finally back with an episode with me and my cousin AMZ. We also went live on social media so we are answering some followers inbetween!

This diary entry starts with the one that gave me the whole podcast idea! a small reading of my entry, which started with being negative and lowering my self-worth to suddenly seeing the beauty in the struggle!
