Hello you all!!!! I am back with another episode. This is a continuation from my Podcast that I uploaded yesterday(if you have not listened to that one already listen to it first). I am Fired up. And I won't be silenced. I know that today is not Martin Luther King's birthday but I did say that in the Podcast. I know that his birthday is being observed today.

Hello my lovely people I am back with another episode. This Episode is about me realizing that something has been off within me and I had to sit down and face it. I had to talk through it and embrace it. If you ever feel like you are in an emotional state instead of trying to push those feelings down sit down and talk with those feelings and be honest with yourself about why you are feeling the way you are and if it is about people or things go back to the serenity prayer (one of my favs). Remember these are all recommendations. At no point should you feel like you are not doing something right by anything I say.
