I know not what to do… Feeling desperate for something to attach myself too; dangerous feeling. Trying to assure myself it’s better to beware these feelings than mindlessly turn to habits that provide instant relief and long term negative consequences. I am struggling to hear God. Please Lord, advise me

Christ Almighty, I feel the heal. I need to look back to remind myself how fat I’ve come as I’ve been struggling with feelings of boredom and neediness. I am thankful for reduced stress in my life and have faith I’m on the right track. I love you Lord
