Praying through it all. Feeling better but still lonesome; better than overwhelmed and on edge

Feeling very excited and needing to calm myself down and ask God if these are my desires or his…. The truest struggle. Please Lord, help me discern your will from mine

God is gracious, good, and generous-it’s our responsibility to ask, listen, receive. It’s a personal responsibility to engage with God and learn to discern his will from ours in everything we do. I’ve been praying for something specific the last while and feel confirmation on what I need to do to receive, action is required on my end whereby I have to overcome shame and humble myself to the fact: I need help. Thank you Lord.
