we turn to one of the most breathtaking passages in Scripture:

The writer of Hebrews presents us with two mountains.
ā°ļø Mount Sinai ā the mountain that could be touched.
A mountain of fire, darkness, thunder, and trembling.
The place where God's holiness was revealed and humanity was reminded of the overwhelming seriousness of sin.
ā°ļø Mount Zion ā the heavenly mountain.
The place where the writer says believers have already come.
Not someday.
Not merely in the future.
But now.
The language of Hebrews is not a travel itinerary.
It is an address.
The question is not simply, "Where are we going?"
The deeper question is:
"Where do we stand?"
In this episode, we explore:
