Jesus Culture San Diego Message of the Week

What does it mean to fear God? There is a vast difference between a spirit of fear and the fear of God that we read about in scripture. Pastor Zack Curry helps bring clarity to this concept, and creates clear separation between worldly anxiety, and holy reverence.

Pastor Zack Curry shares a timely and powerful message about disarming fear in our lives. When we identify how to activate truth, we expose the plans of the enemy and create an environment where hope can thrive. Perfect love eliminates fear. Where is God wanting to bring breakthrough today?

The hope that Jesus placed in us is resilient. Things may come against us, but we are called to walk in confidence as Jesus remains faithful to His promise. What does a life of consistent hope look like? Where do we find strength and perspective when it seems like everything is shaking? Pastor Zack Curry answers these questions and shares what’s on the other side for those that refuse to quit.

The world teaches us to avoid appearing weak at all costs. What if weakness is actually an invitation to access God’s power and grace? Scripture paints a clear picture that God’s strength is perfected when we bring our lack to the table. Pastor Zack Curry talks about the freedom that comes with complete surrender.

Prayer is an invitation to partner with the heart of God. When we establish a life of prayer, we gain access to God’s transformative power both in our lives and around us. Pastor Zack Curry shares testimonies from the life and legacy of his Mother, who built her life on courageous prayers that brought freedom to many.

It’s easy to unintentionally disqualify ourselves from connection with God. The Gospel of Jesus offers freedom to those that say “yes” to being fully known and seen. Lauren Hasson helps define what it means to truly allow the love of Jesus to enter every part of our lives, and rid ourselves of shame and condemnation in the process.

God wants to fill us with living water. While the world attempts to offer a counterfeit substance, the truth is we were designed to thirst for what God offers alone. Pastor Zack Curry leads us into a lifestyle of drinking from a well that never runs dry.

The Christian life is meant for more than saying a personal prayer and going to heaven. We must be formed in the ways and the words of Christ because revival is at hand. There are specific strategies that Jesus exemplified with the intention of us replicating, all while being filled with His Spirit. Pastor Darren Rouanzoin of Garden Church brings a transformational word that invites us into a life of pursuit and discipleship.

If our lives are already full, how do we make room for more of God? Scripture tells us that if we draw near to Him, He will draw near to us. God wants to fill us. His intention is to lead us deeper until all we see is His faithfulness, goodness, and glory. If we remain distracted, we will miss the fullness of what He has for us. Pastor Zack Curry lays a clear path to an undivided pursuit of the ‘more’ of God. It’s time to set ourselves apart so that He can fill us to overflowing.

When we learn to adjust our vision to see what God sees, we eliminate fear and activate hope that surpasses understanding. God’s plan is sure. He doesn’t bend to worldly circumstances, so when we catch His vision, we uncover a foundation that will last. What is God saying over your year? Pastor Zack Curry shares how God has brought victory and clarity to those that learn to see through God’s eyes.
