Wenn wir Gott von ganzem Herzen anbeten, wird uns bewusst, wie unwürdig wir im Vergleich zu ihm sind. Er verändert uns, vertreibt unsere Feinde und schenkt uns Gnade und Barmherzigkeit, sodass wir uns entfalten können.

When we worship wholeheartedly, we recognise our own unworthiness in comparison to God. He transforms us, drives away our enemies, and gives us mercy and grace so that we can flourish.

Anbetung ist eine geistliche Aktivität und wird am besten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Heiligen Geist praktiziert. Wahrheit bedeutet, dass unsere Anbetung auf Jesus und die Bibel ausgerichtet ist. Die Anbetung führt zu einem Leben in Wahrheit, das in uns geschaffen wird. Dies ist ein sehr wichtiger Teil unseres Lebens und erfordert Ernsthaftigkeit unsererseits.

Der Kontext dieser Schriftstelle zeigt uns auch, dass Anbetung im Geist auf Errettung basiert: also darauf, neues Leben in Jesus und durch den Heiligen Geist zu finden, der die Wahrheit offenbart.

One of the most popular scriptures about Worship: 'worship the Father in spirit and truth!' (Jn 4, 23)

Worship is a spiritual activity and is best done in partnership with the Holy Spirit. Truth means that our worship is centred on Jesus and the bible. The transformation in worship leads to a life of truth that is created inside of us.

This is a very important part of our life and requires sincerity on our part. The context of this scripture also shows us that worship in the Spirit is based on salvation - that is, finding new life in Jesus and through the Holy Spirit, who reveals the truth.

Anbetung wird oft mit Musik und Kunst in Verbindung gebracht. Das ist zwar richtig, geht aber noch viel tiefer. Im Grunde genommen bedeutet Anbetung, etwas dem höchsten Wert beizumessen. Wahre Anbetung umfasst unser ganzes Wesen – unsere Gefühle, unseren Willen und unser Denken. Gott hat uns geschaffen, um ihn anzubeten, und wir alle beten etwas an. Letztendlich ist Gott der Einzige, der der Anbetung würdig ist, und er ist eifersüchtig, wenn andere Dinge angebetet werden.

Worship is often associated with music and the arts. While this is true, it goes much deeper. On a basic level, worship is assigning ultimate value to something. True worship engages our entire being - emotions, will, and thinking. God has made us to worship, and we all worship something. Ultimately, God is the only one worthy of worship, and he is jealous if other things are worshipped.

Baptism is a public declaration of the transformative power of God in a person’s life. A person who believes in Jesus becomes a new creation: their old self and past life are dead and buried, and they are made clean and joined to a community of believers who support their growth in faith.

Jesus, Peter, and David all prayed big prayers! They never asked for daily provisions because they assumed that the Father would provide for them. Instead, they prayed for wisdom, for knowledge of God and His ways, for a renewed heart, and for boldness.
