Jesus is Real Radio with Daniel Fusco

Since the fall in the garden, humans have felt shame. You may have shame so deep that it’s shaped your whole life. Carrying it around will color every experience. In this teaching from Pastor Daniel, we’ll hear how Judah was confronted with his sin…and then came the shame. But, God came to Adam and Eve in the midst of it…and only He could cover it. When He forgets it, so should we.

Mail, radio, telephone, email…humans have devised countless ways to contact one another, but none is as effective as God’s point of contact with us. In Pastor Daniel’s message today, we’ll hear how Jesus’ leaving His disciples may have left them feeling alone, but His giving of the Holy Spirit meant that He could reach anyone, anywhere. His leaving the earth was actually a gift.

We all wonder about why things happen the way they do…especially when it comes to devastation and loss. We wish Jesus would come back now. The disciples thought that, too, as we’ll hear in today’s message. Pastor Daniel will lead us through the Word as it tells us how our questions are no different than those of the disciples…but the answer is the same: God’s perfect timing.

If you have a interest in ministering to a certain group of people…a calling to work with children, or overseas…don’t hesitate to jump in and do God’s work. We are called to make disciples, and that encompasses everyone. Pastor Daniel addresses why we should live out His commandments…and it all springs out of our love for Him. We can live out what Jesus did.

God has authority over everything. It’s written in the Bible, but how often do we really consider what that covers? Everything that happens in the world, in politics, in the church, in our homes…all of it. We wonder why, then, horrible things happen. Today, Pastor Daniel will guide us in coming to terms with the why, and encourage us to be comforted knowing that He truly is in control.

Imagine you’re looking out over the ocean, you’re taking in the beauty…and you see a boat. Your eyes begin to follow the boat and after a while, you’re sort of fixed on that one thing. We can get like that with God, caught up in little irritants or worries…so much that we miss His vast greatness. In this message from Pastor Daniel, we’ll hear what happens when we replace doubt with worship.

The resurrection is a source of controversy for those who oppose Jesus as the Messiah. Today, Pastor Daniel will take us through the events of Jesus rising from the grave, and why the details of the report of the resurrection support its validity. We’ll deal with the fact that the tomb is empty, and Jesus is alive today. We have to deal with Him, and the question of how we’ll go forward.

Most people claim to want the truth, unless it makes them uncomfortable. We want to hear words that support our choices, whether or not we’re right. Everything about Jesus’ ministry bothered the spiritual leaders in Jerusalem. Pastor Daniel will ask us to consider how we try to get in the way of the Lord because we don’t want to surrender…and why we should embrace truth.

For those people who have said ‘no’ to Jesus, the time is now to come to Him. But, there are many who have said ‘yes’, with enthusiasm, carrying around big Bibles…but who have missed the heart of Jesus. Today, Pastor Daniel’s message addresses this issue, when we hear how the religious leaders of Jerusalem, with all the trappings of faith, totally miss the mark when it comes to truth.

The spiritual leaders in Jerusalem weren’t happy that the broken, undesirable people in the temple came to see Jesus. As Pastor Daniel teaches about the arrival of Jesus to Jerusalem, He’ll ask us to consider how we see the Messiah. He ministers to people where they are…and He is always working even in the most strident believer. We’ll consider the character of Jesus how it manifests in our own hearts.
