Kia Ora! I’m going to tell you about one of my favorite silliness that is on display for you as you travel the country, showing our kiwi humor and pride in a way that you often don’t even have to get out of the car to see, though you always should. Big Things. Monuments of celebration and pride that mark our towns. Towering statues of what we’re known for. And I’m not actually talking about towering buildings, no i’m referring to some serious but mostly silly artwork from some enormous dreamers. They feature in most travel guides of our country too so even if you don’t believe me, after you’ve stopped listening get off and google them for yourself!
