"Stalkabout", is a melodic, moody, Hard Rock Guitar instrumental with some serious tension and release going on. This track was produced for film and TV licensing, and my guess is it's going to fly off the shelves.

"Stalkabout" is built on 2 solid melodic guitar hooks, with a Van Halen meets Led Zeppelin kind of vibe and feel. The mood of the track is mirrored my the title for sure. This song is also cut down the middle with an off-set mixed MXR Phase 90 fueled melodic shred guitar solo for all you http://JFRocks.com guitar freaks out there..

Definitely worth blowing some speakers over as always, so, CRANK IT UP!!!!! and enjoy.....

"Late for the Sky", named after one of my favorite Jackson Browne albums, is a Led Zeppelin'ish kind of influenced Hard Rock Guitar Instrumental with a Jazzy sideways groove guitar hook, and a killer guitar solo down the middle. The song's bridge is a blend of classic Jimmy Page vibe with a pinch of Hard Rock guitar slide riffing thrown in for good measure.

Since people often ask when my cover photos are actual images, this song's cover-art is a shot on took on a Sunday morning recently outside the http://JFRocks.com recording studio in Santa Monica, California, of a pretty cool skyline I thought.. "Late for the Sky" is actually a very fitting song title and cover photo because myself and my little circle of crazy friends and co-workers are having quite the little endless summer around here. Lot's of surfing, songwriting, movie making, and recording. Now that's a mix for a southern Californa summer to remember if there ever was one.

Enjoy the track, and as always CRANK IT UP!! The louder the better for this one.. Go ahead and blow some speakers.

"Dead Violets", despite its ominous title, this song is named for a quirky story involving a friend of mine, and the song's riffing reflects this story a bit. Sometimes when you hang out with artsy people, you get a little bit of weirdness in the mix. I find it just enough to help with my own creative expression.

"Dead Violets" at its heart is a fun almost symphonic 80's hard rock riff based track. It has a melodic chord pattern with lots of twists and turns to get us to the various chord changes. With its slick guitar solo down the middle this one is another one I think is worth you guys blowing some speakers over for sure.

As always CRANK IT UP!!! the louder the better, and enjoy...

"Soul Bait" is a Zeppelin kind of influenced Hard Rock guitar instrumental piece. I do tracks for various reasons or end results, this particular one I think my TV management people are going to like. So we'll say it's for TV and if a filmmaker wants it too, well hey, who am I to argue right.. :)

"Soul Bait" is obviously a play on words with "Soulmate", most of my following/fans of http://JFRocks.com know that the titles of my songs tend to reflect various concepts and situations happening in and around my life, and this one is no exception. Although I don't plan to tell the story or situation behind it here in this text, mostly because I like to let the titles as often as possible play out in everyone's mind how ever they see them, as song titles can evoke as much emotion as the music itself, or influence how the music is perceived. But I will say, as "Soul Bait" pertains to my own life right now, it's probably not what you think it is. But then nothing normal ever happens to me anyway. My life tends to play out like a team of network sit-com writers are following me around and deciding what happens next. Each week, there's a new guest star in the life of Jeff. It's a good walk-on role if you can get it, but it doesn't pay much. :)

All that said, this track is built on 2 main musical themes. A Jazz based sideways groove riff, and solid down-beat Jimmy Page inspired guitar hook. The whole thing is cut down the middle with a killer guitar solo for your listening pleasure.

Crank this one up folks, it's got some great stereo mix going on thanks to WB Mick Simms helping out on the mixing board. Enjoy!!!!

"Shred Zeppelin" (REMIXED)-- This is a remix version with completely redone guitar and drums of probably my biggest hit of all time. The original version of this track released in February 2013 consistently gets hundreds of plays per day.

I have been dying to remix this song forever, and redo some of the guitar parts with bigger tone and wider stereo. This version of the song will likely ruin the original version for you since it really cranks. I redid all fo the main guitar riffing using a Gibson Les Paul and a Marshall JCM 800 with a slight spin effect on it to mimic the Lesley Speaker cab.

All that said, this track also has a bigger stereo mix to it with completely redone drums as well. As always CRANK IT UP!! WAY up for this one.. And becuase it's a REMIX, it's a free download. So download the mp3 version, it's far superior in sound quality to the SoundCloud player, that's for sure...

"Reefer Docs" is a hard rock guitar instrumental that I produced about 6 weeks ago for a TV commercial spot. I can't legally share something like this with you guys until I get permission, so that's why it took 6 weeks to post this track for y'all. It's a free download, I can't legally sell it, so whoo hoo for you guys.

"Reefer Docs" has a bit of a blend between the dark side and the melodic side of things. The main theme riff of the song is a mode changer, which is kind of where its vibe is coming from. The riff blends with the flam Tom drum beat to give it a real dark head-bang feel. The song's secondary or bridge riffing is an intricate arpeggio picked pattern riff with a big mode change of its own. The two riffs blend together with the off the cuff guitar solo to make this piece another one I think is worth blowing some speakers over for sure.

As for the song's title, since people often ask, sometimes the song drives the title and sometimes it's the other way around. In this case it's two-fold. The title is a fun play on words with an Australian TV show that I liked very much called "Reef Doctors" (http://www.hulu.com/reef-doctors), which seemed to feature each week a new unsuspecting tourist to their island being bitten, stung, stabbed, or infected in some way by something deadly and needing immediate medical care which they for some reason couldn't provide, which in turn usually meant needing a helicopter to get them to a real hospital, but alas, the chopper is held up each week. LOL.. Sounds like a bunch that could have used a "Reefer Doc" on staff if you ask me!!,

(And speaking of Reef Doctors, you can check out the demo reel for the coolest receptionist in history "Nell" played by the always awesome Chloe Bayliss in the JFRocks Official Blog, at http://goo.gl/QHKuA5 )

Which leads to the secondary title meaning which is a reference to everybody and their grandmother having Pot prescriptions these days. Docs have become a sort of pseudo drug dealer. Which I find endlessly amusing by the way.

All that said, this track ROCKS!!! So CRANK IT UP!! and enjoy.... And look for it on a TV near you soon.. Although I have no idea what market they're putting it in, if you hear it let me know, and put the commercial on YouTube will ya... :)

"Fated Weirdo", this track was produced back in March of 2014 exclusively for the Redmen Films "#DrunksLikeUs" soundtrack. This film has been recently release in

June of 2015 and can be rented or purchased in many places, but the best and easiest for online use is http://drunkslikeus1.vhx.tv/

This track is a RICH Hard Rock Guitar Instrumental, with an almost Steve Vai styling to it. This thing ROCKS. I hadn't heard it in months and I really enjoyed the

playback prior to me putting it out here on SoundCloud for you guys..

Enjoy.. and as always CRANK IT UP!!! Definitely blow some speakers on this one..

"Freeze Dried Friend", (definition: a friend who only comes around when they need something, and when they don't, they sit seemingly freeze dried on a shelf somewhere until they do.)

This track is a serious Hard Rock Guitar instrumental with a strong MXR Flanger tone and a Phase 90 fueled improv guitar solo down the middle.

"Freeze Dried Friends" suck, but the song here that was inspired by them sure as hell doesn't!! This one is another one worth blowing some speakers over, it CRANKS right out of the gate. Recorded with Mick Simms and Erica Reese from JFRocks.com on a windy warm Saturday night here in Los Angeles, this one's got some bite and mood to it.

All that being said, as always CRANK IT UP!!! and if you've got sub-woofers, use'em!! The bass and bass drums on the drum kit are enhanced on this track for film and television use, so it's got some balls.

"I Must Be Somebody" (REMIX version) -- This is totally remixed with fresh drums and bass version of my 2013 mega popular track "I Must Be Somebody". This remix makes the original version sound like a music turd, and the original version is pretty darn good, so that's saying a lot.

This track's title as explained in the original song description (https://soundcloud.com/jeff-fiorentino-jfrocks/i-must-be-somebody) comes from my reaction to people when they meet or run into me here in Los Angeles where I live. I'm always like a Deer in the headlights and totally blown away by how thrilled they seem to be to shake my hand.. Back in January 2013 when this track was originally released I had such an experience and happened to be working on this song at the time, hence the title, which in full is actually, "I must be somebody because people seem damn thrilled to meet me" LOL.. I'm equally as thrilled to meet them or any of you by the way!! I look at the guitar as just a piece of wood some strings on it, but I'm very happy the music I produce moves so many people. That's awesome...

That being said, for this remix I re-did the drums from scratch, re-mixed them, and re-did the bass from scratch too with a bigger bass tone. The original version lacks a lot of low end, and I like my tracks to crank. This one will do just that...

So get your headphones, or your surround sound speaker system out, and CRANK IT UP to 11 or 100 or as high as it goes, and enjoy a better mix of one of my most popular songs here on SoundCloud..

"Forgetting You", is a Hard Rock Guitar Instrumental, that's kind of quirky in nature. I wrote this similar to the way I would approach a Surf Music track in that it tells a story as it flows along. The riffing is very conversational, especially during the main theme guitar hook of the piece. The bridge riff, is a down and dirty almost Van Halen meets Led Zeppelin sort of vibe. This track is also cut down the middle with a slick guitar solo that utilizes a lot of tricky two-hand technique and harmonic infused phrasing.

Definitely worth cranking this one up and blowing some speakers for sure.. That said, Enjoy... and CRANK IT UP!!!!
