It is still the month of the little things and this is the second episode of this series. This episode features words of encouragement in this season and then some practices I strongly believe we should back.

Although restoring friendships is one conversation to have, another would be the vulnerability that comes with sustaining friendships. This is a journey I'm constantly on and I'm sharing a few things I've learnt on the road.

On behalf of Adult friendships I'm sharing this specific episode. Hard questions we need to ask, but even harder to answer and navigate through. As you grow older you tend to lose relationships, how do you restore a friendship that has faded away.

I wanted to title this one "Searching for support in the wrong places". When you start something, your friends may not understand, believe in you, support or show up for you. In this episode, I speak about how to deal with with these situations and the emotions they bring. 

I believe this is a reminder we need like every 7 business days as someone said. We may fall, we may get frustrated, we may hate our first steps. One thing we'll never find out if we don't start is what could have been. What if that became the greatest innovation, or you became the next big thing in that industry. Well we won't know if you don't start.
