Sometimes I just like to avoid having conversation with elders, because small gist you'll start thinking about your life and doubting yourself. How do we bridge the gap between them wanting to give us advice and them actually understanding how the work culture in our generation is quite different from theirs. How do we help the elders understand our aspirations or do we just let them be?

I want my listeners to know that it is the month of July(Why am I laughing?). I want them to know my sense of humor is unmatched(they can try checking if they doubt). I want them to know that I love them and that I am grateful Jiffs with Mims has been a form of encouragement to them in the first half of the year.

I am learning some people don't know how to talk or put themselves in the shoes of others *scratches head*. I acknowledge that it's not possible to like everything but in giving an opinion check your heart and motives. Communication is the bedrock of our interaction as humans and it's something we can learn as well as get better at everyday.

This is like a Finale to my thoughts on this topic. I also begged my fellow Christians to do better and not disgrace our Father outside *kneels down*.
