President Trump tried to negotiate with Walz and Frey. He even had some nice things to say about their conversations. But their ‘promises’ to him didn’t last 48 hours. Mayor Frey said that the city would never comply with the federal government. And Walz immediately went on a local podcast to blast the administration and ICE.
