To celebrate Thanksgiving, I am going with Coach Jim Pavao. I am extremely thankful that early in my career I got to coach with this legend. He taught me as a young coach, how one can be a good man, husband, and father, yet still be a hard-nosed, get after it football coach. He has been a successful HFC, coordinator, and position coach over his long career. Coach Pavao is a Maryville College LEGEND as well where he was the DC for 16 years. He has had a great career and continues to mold young players and coaches alike. I hope you enjoy JIm's great story!
