Today, I have the pleasure of sharing a conversation with someone I really admire, Rudy Canales. Rudy is the owner/instructor of Rudy Rexx BJJ, wonderful father, long time Bboy, latin percussionist, and all around awesome guy!  Today, we are going to dig deep into the subjects of Jiu Jitsu, being a Bboy, and music.
