Namaste ! Every second passes away without us being aware of it and so does our life. If only we could take a break from the day to day hustle-bustle, then may be we could take a deep breath , even for just a moment . We'd walk barefoot on the sand , touched by the calmness of the ocean . We'd sit under the tree and observe the nature quite deeply . All of it would be a pleasure to the heart ,if only we could pause for a second.....

Namaste! At some point of time in our lives , we find ourselves struggling to sleep at night . Be it a thought of our day to day problems that keeps us awake or some memory from the past that doesn't want to go away . It's all because of what's trapped inside our head that comes to light when the world slows down to take a break . I've expressed my thoughts over this in this new episode!

Namaste! When the covid -19 virus slowly started to take over the whole world, lockdown was declared worldwide in order to prevent getting affected by this life-threatening virus. Every human was locked inside his/ her house , bound by the same four walls that one had to see every day. It was okay to bear with it for sometime, but then how long could we possibly keep cooperating with it ? Our restless heart wants to discover the world it used to see every day, it doesn't want to be in a little cage . I've expressed my thoughts over these thoughts in this new ep!

Namaste ! Nature is the most beautiful gift that we've ever been given. Be it the little butterfly painted in beautiful colours or the soothing sound of the waves rushing over the sand , all of it is close to our heart . Nature is where our happiness and peace lies , this episode is circling around these thoughts!

Namaste ! There's nothing more beautiful than the nature's beauty and purity. It's close to our heart , almost as if it's our friend. Shakespeare once said,"Earth has music for those who listen." I have expressed my thoughts over that phase of nature that connects with us , in our happiness, in our sadness .
