In part 2, the monster is finally revealed. He is a vile human being who has apparently never known the meaning of consent. He spent his life hurting women and girls, but it takes two law enforcement agencies working in tandem to expose him for the monster that he is. We are happy to say that this case has resolution, however, the families will never get their loved ones back and children were left without mothers.
