In July 2000, Chanda Turner was a 23 year old woman living her best summer life in Oklahoma. Lake days merged into work days and she was holding it all down. Her life seemed like a normal 20 something life, until she is found dead on her own back porch one night.

Rex Brinlee, Jr. was committing lots of crime in Eastern Oklahoma in the 60's while also pretending to have it all together as a prominent business man.
