Spend more time with people who support and uplift you. The more you invest in authentic relationships, the less you will feel pressured to seek validation from strangers on the internet.
Finally, take small steps outside of your comfort zone. Confidence is like a muscle—the more you use it, the stronger it gets. Try something new, speak up in a meeting, or share something honest without worrying about how it is perceived. Taking little risks, even if they feel uncomfortable, helps you build trust in yourself.
The world will always have filters, highlight reels, and unrealistic expectations, but you have the power to define confidence on your own terms. True confidence is not about looking perfect or having it all together. It is about showing up as yourself, flaws and all, and knowing that you are enough. So take a deep breath, step away from the pressure, and start embracing the real you.
