Episode 15: I knew from the moment I met her Mar Sirian, I knew she was special.

She was sent to me, and I knew it in my soul. I met her on a day… The eve of a big day in the story of my life. A simple haircut turned into a friendship, a cosmic one maybe.

At the end of the haircut this "stranger" told me something no one else would know.

Things are different during this time, I think we all feel it. Mar is a multi-dimensional human being, incarnated on earth that has activated her awareness of being cosmic. Mar is aware that she has experienced life in other places and planets. I will tell you, 
I absolutely believe her. I've had too many conversations with her where her intuition and love flowed over me like nothing I've ever experienced. I have been motivated and comforted by her words. 

Mar is a feeling .. a presence. 

Where she goes love molecules abound. Starseeds are beings on the Earth that create a higher frequency on the planet, they use modalities such as light language, multidimensional energy work, and frequency work, and they raise the consciousness to a frequency of love through their services. 

I ask you to listen today with an open mind and an open heart.

I also hope that you turn on the part of your heart that connects to your first memories. Memories of life.... first life. 

When Mar talks about children, I think that's my favorite part. 

I met her on a day I needed her wisdom, it was just the beginning of a beautiful friendship.

Episode 14

Today you get to meet Doug Hobby, You are so lucky.

Doug Hobby was my first haircut customer in the salon. At 19 years old, our time during haircuts opened my mind. I never wanted the haircuts to end... we talked about so many things.

Life, the economy, history, faith, family, honesty, empathy, differences...
 
Doug is a history teacher. He's not in a classroom anymore, but everywhere he goes a classroom is undeniably there. 

He's the first progressive thinker I met who only led me toward more empathy. I have thought about the lessons Doug taught me in the years since leaving Central Florida. This conversation is about two friends meeting up after many years apart. 

Grab a tissue, Doug and I had to. Friendships and people are so beautiful. There was so much I had forgotten about Doug's story...

Episode 13 - Thankfully Matt Robinson stopped by the salon last fall and needed a haircut. Matt’s electric energy grabbed my attention immediately and I knew he’d be a friend I could dream with about the steps we take going forward.

Gen Z is powerful, they will be the ones who carry the ball to the endzone for our world. Matt is proof of that. 

Matt’s mindset and heart space are full of resilience and hope. (He has learned so much from his amazing parents)

Matt Robinson is a leader on the football field and anywhere his big smile shines. His smile shines right through the microphone on today’s episode, especially when he speaks on holding space for the long game in life… loving others while allowing space for authentic growth. (What he says about the ability to give grave in relationships! that’s emotional strength!)

Episode 11 - A BONUS Bird Seed episode this week!
Bird Seed - aka Monolauge episode to encourage Jacob, Me, and YOU!
On a Wednesday - on a special date in my family ... I did this on spiritual purpose.

I recorded this on 8/22 after sitting down to record a conversation with someone I've admired for years from afar. That's what happens right? ... people live their lives loving others, and it ripples inspiration on ... you. Around the area. It makes more of a mark than we know when we choose to love ourselves and create/fight forward to make our lives so different.

To use all of the lessons for... our own good. 

As soon as I got in the truck, I thought " This is for Jacob". I have to choke back tears when I think of the people I miss being around at work. I met my friend Jacob and I was instantly drawn to his light. His heart. I don't share much of my energy in friendships that drain me anymore, and honestly, I'm so busy with passion projects and my family that I just don’t have large amounts of time to talk to all of the people I love. 

Jacob is one of the people in my ear and eyes making sure I don’t forget that I am doing what I said I'd do... help people with my voice. He's special to me because I've felt his light and he gives the best hugs.

He heard me, all those days talk constantly about my dreams. AND .... I cherish him. I cheer for him every day with my heart. Jacob, through days we doubt and days we cry - we push through. YOU are worthy to alchemize all of it to push you toward the life you and deserve. I'm so proud to be your friend... always

I love you.

Episode 10 Dove Episodes help set us free. Sharing anonymously gives the guest the spiritual moment to use their experience for healing, change, and love. This person is a powerful heart with years experience helping others heal codependency in their own lives. She sounds full of wisdom, because she is. Years on the earth, years loving others and serving others intentionally. I met this person for lunch in late 2019. Thankfully she sat with me, helping me -empower - myself. You might squint your eyes when she answers the question of what self love looks like to her. Not many people will give you an answer like that… it’s a powerful episode.

Episode 6 Healing Childhood Wounds and Codependency as a Man in your 60's. We first became friends because the book "The Language of Letting Go" by Melody Beattie was on my salon station. Thankfully it was. We became instant friends and have been cheering for each other for years now.  "Codependent No More" is the original book by Melody Beattie. 

Codependency is something so many of us are recovering from and continuing to learn about.
