This week's episode is all about horsing around! Find out what shoeing a horse - being a farrier - really entails with rich and funny stories from master storyteller Bruce Buxton who has done this for 25 years. Hear how one visit to a barn resulted in a career change and some tough explaining to Bruce's wife, learn about the intangibles of being amazing at this ancient profession and enjoy a near-death story that left Bruce thankful for his blessings.

John Conway was just eight years old when he started cooking in his mother's kitchen in Ireland, where fresh warm loaves of bread, tasty scones, and sweet homemade jam enticed him to start a culinary journey that continues today. Hear from John what it takes to be a successful chef ("I can tell in ten minutes if you have what it takes"), which celebrity chef he'd like to cook with, and how John once cooked for Julia Roberts and Bono. Bon Appetit!

In this first JobSpeakers episode, we meet someone who breaks more than a few accounting stereotypes. In a career that started in New York City, involved more than a decade abroad working for the likes of Arthur Andersen and Nike, and ended in the Villages, Florida, Regina opens up about her career journey and tells it like it is (wait until you hear about her short stint as a teacher and her bucket list job in Cape Town, South Africa!). Along the way, Regina shares more than a few priceless bits of advice.
