In this final part of this special 3 part episode, Blair Henderson plays a game of either/or which involes peanut butter, luge, waffles, and even mini coopers. He'll also try to answer the "liddle riddle" before we get a special 2 story edition of "The Adventures of Florida Man."

Blair Henderson is not only a former high school classmate of both DwayneTheComic and BoobieDoucet but he was also an all american track runner in high school. This would lead to him breaking the Louisiana state record for the 800m dash and catching the eyes of big D1 recruiters at colleges such as TCU and LSU. He would eventually choose and LSU and go on to run track for them for 4 years. After graduating he proceeded to receive his masters degree and is now a personal trainer and author in Houston, Texas.

Due to technical difficulties on this episode there is no "news" segment this week and the audio is not as crisp as usual and we here at the The Joce Podcast would like to apologize for that.

The Joce Podcast is back with another episode and this time they are back with a former high school classmate in @BlairTheTrainer. In the second part of this special 3 part episode Blair discusses the highs and lows of his track career from getting slapped by his track coach at a meet to LSU showing up late and winning the Penn Relays. He also talks about the difference between racing normal athletes and racing a nike athlete, and he also takes a dive into the psychological struggle that athletes on scholarship may go through.
