In this episode we discuss the benefits of planning and Journaling. We believe good planning allows you to increase productivity, keep a track on habits, set goals and more, which is discussed here. We also believe in Journaling, this has many benefits which include getting your thoughts out onto paper. Something as simple as carrying a notebook with you daily can allow you to incorporate these tools into your life which we believe are massive for wellbeing.
