As a manager, Joe Murphy has helped three different clubs to win county  senior football championship titles. Two in Carlow and one in Kildare. 
Old Leighlin, Eire Og and Naas. Here are a few words Joe used to summarise each club and in this interview he talks about his experiences with all these championship winners.
Old Leighlin- "Salt of the earth with a teak toughness."
Éire Og- "it was always an ambition to train them at some stage."
Naas- "A huge challenge to go outside Carlow."
