He spent over 25 years in the automotive industry before beginning to start his coaching business! You will hear how Joe adapted and built a growth mindset through his curiosity and also a new habit of reading.
He stresses the power of curiosity and also the power of being open-minded. One of the best pieces of advice on ways to create the habit of reading is to carve out 10 min in the morning and 10 min at night! Just by doing that you will read 100 minutes during the work week!
