The Albemarle County School Board want's the authority to levy an additional 1% sales tax for a school division that; A) Closed a school, then; B) Claimed they were 'overcrowded' and; C) Spends $16k pers student per year (a figure challenged as too low by former school board member Jason Buyaki)... Then, just for fun, they've asked for limitations on FOIA requirements!
