On this episode of Talking Buffalo, Patrick Moran is joined by sports media personality Joe Yerdon for a conversation focused on the Buffalo Bills and Sabres, streamed live from Imperial Pizza in South Buffalo.

Joe covers the Sabres for his Noted Hockey Substack and also does work with Bleacher Report. It's been a very busy and eventful summer for the hockey team and Joe shares his thoughts on UPL's new five-year and trading away Matt Savoie in addition to an insightful discussion on who he thinks is under more pressure this season between the Sabres and BIlls.

Speaking of the Bills there's plenty of football talk as well with Joe, who's admittedly a lifelong Detroit Lions fan. The Bills look to be off to a strong start at training camp and are still considered among the league's better teams, but the guys discuss a huge aura of uncertainty surrounding them going into the regular season. Josh Allen looks like he's having the best camp of his career and it goes without saying Buffalo will need the best version of him to be successful
