It's been a while, but we're back with a new episode! Alison talks about her ups and downs with her health over the past couple of months, we both discuss how much we want to return to a sense of normalcy, and we touch on the current state of the country and the senseless murders of Asian Americans.

We're back this week and we're talking about how the events of the past few weeks (and 4 years) in U.S. politics have shaped our mental health.
