Your self suffers because it is not complete. You are complete. You do not need to suffer. That puts your self in your care. Then, every difficulty that you have in your self will have you coming more deeply from the love that you have awakened to, within.

For a man, the penis is truly the highest and the most exquisite of the expressions of truth, the most sacred. Moving in want and need reduces the energy of the penis to the lowest, most coarse. Sexuality has no meaning until the whole of this energy is freed from having to be in the mind. John explains in practical terms how the penis can simply return home and then it is no longer the lowest and the coarsest energy in the mind, but it is now the highest and the finest energy in the heart.
