Yes. A way to deal with your frustration is to have a very big, and very clear vision. With a big vision you won't feel as frustrated because you will have something clear to work towards. 

Because with a job you have a regular, steady paycheque and you aren't asking the right people for feedback.

You won't have enough time for everything. You're going to have give up a something in order to get what you want out of the business.

How do I remember all of the the little thoughts that pop into mind? 

Always have a way to record your thoughts close at hand. 

Don't stress too much if you don't capture every little thought. It isn't about having just ONE brilliant thought. Having lots of different ideas helps your brain come up with more good ideas.

You don't need to have a million followers, you just need to have committed followers. 

Continue to give people something that they want and need.
