I launched a brand new podcast; 75 Hard Daily!
This is a show where I am documenting my journey through the 75 Hard Challenge by Andy Frisella, and sharing new episodes daily while still in the challenge.
In this episode you will hear the first episode of the 75 Hard Daily podcast and I break down what the challenge is, why I am chosing to go through the challenge, and why I chose to create a podcast about it.
The challenge looks something like this;
- Eat Healthy, No Cheat Meals or Alcohol
- Drink 1 Gallon of Water
- (2) 45min workouts, 1 of which is outside
- Read (10) pages of a non-fiction book
- Take A Progress Pic
I am adding to the list; Record and publish a podcast episode every day.
I also created a Kit for the challenge that can be found here. It includes some of the items I use as well as some I think would be helpful to anyone else going through the 75 Hard Challenge.
This is the episode I submitted to get the RSS feed into all of the various podcast directories (Apple Podcasts, Google Play, Amazon Music, Spotify, Stitcher, etc...).
