Hi everyone,

in short - iTunes related podcast feed engagement statistics and some other research shows that it takes you on average about 2 weeks to consume and keep up with the latest episodes that I release.

In the attempt to optimize my content production, getting a little bit of time back to work on some of my offline projects (like books) I'm announcing schedule change to release of new episodes from weekly to fortnightly.

So the episodes will now be released every 2 weeks instead of every week.

I'd like to see how this affects audience engagement and if the research proves true - suggesting that it should be about right and not have noticeable negative impact.

Your feedback is welcome as always, and stay tuned for a regular new episode next week.

Individuals and Interactions over Processes and Tools - as Agile Manifesto rightly teaches us. We do however need collaboration tools to be efficient when working in fast-paced Digital Delivery environment, building Software and other Business Solutions.

The tools become even more important if your organization relies on regional or off-shore Delivery Teams that take part in work planned in your Product Backlog. Having a good collaboration tool could make or break your process and ability to track progress to your delivery goal.
