This episode we start the year off with new content! Instead of a longer podcast episodetalk about Gabriel’s Runtz Buttons and how it’s different from Rainbow Runtz from Exotic Genetix Mike, and grown by HOC Grand Cru. 

It’s a nice creeper of a smoke that takes about 10-15 minutes for the effects to fully set in. By the end of the episode it definitely catches me off guard. 

We also discuss Falcanna’s CBG cultivar Pacific Sunshine CBG. A suggestion from @enn.trails at Hashtag, and great strain for combining with another strain to provide a nice exhale that feels like stress is leaving my body; something @enn.trails told me would happen.

This episode is just an experiment and was born out of a joke and ended up being something that I figured I might as well do. 

What is ASMR? It stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response and is described as tingling or static like sensation in the head and neck area, in response to a range of audio-visual triggers. The key word is “audio-visual” and the podcast episode is missing the visual piece. So it might not work, but it’s worth a try in case it’s helpful for anyone.

For some people, ASMR can be used for relaxation, insomnia, and stress so let me know if it helps. It’s only 15 minutes long and may not be a thing moving forward, but it was fun and weird to record; kind of like an a capella version of Wait (The Whisper Song).

Making the mistake of smoking Designer Runtz #6 first and almost ending the podcast after the second strain. It was a heavy hitter in the body and promoted a feeling of wanting alone time and even sleep. 

Designer #2 and #3 made the relaxation effects stack but weren’t as heavy as the #6. 

Designer #1 had evenly strong effects in the body and mind. There were long gaps of silence after smoking this one, and we had to end the podcast after ranking them. 

 Our final vote for the favorite pheno during this podcast is 2-1 for Designer Runtz #6, with Designer Runtz #1 getting a vote from me. After formally reviewing each one the following week, I changed my mind and switched my vote to #6.

 Designer Runtz #6 put Jordan out! He fell asleep before Night of the Living Dead started, woke up when it ended, heard DJ Prince Paul talking, and asked if the movie started yet. Missed the whole movie and didn’t know it. He even felt a little hazy the next day.
